Long Distance Access Phone Numbers
Your Local Access Number is determined by the location of your home phone service, or where you are calling from if you are using a cell phone to dial.
Home Phone
You must dial a Local Access Number that is a local call to your home phone number. When you call the number from your home phone, you should not be required to dial a “1” before the Local Access Number. If your phone prompts you to dial “1”, please contact us to see if there is another number you should be dialing. Continuing to call, dialing “1”, may result in long distance charges from your home phone service provider.
Cell Phone
You must dial a Local Access Number that is local to where you actually are when you are using the cell phone. You will need to reference our Local Access Number list anytime you travel outside of your regular calling area to make sure you are able to call from the area you are visiting.
