Protect Yourself from Scam/Spam Emails

If you receive an email from “Worldline” that looks at all suspicious (requesting you to click a link to update personal information or make a bill payment), here’s how you can check the authenticity of any Worldline email you receive:

  1. DO NOT CLICK on any links or open any attachments.
  2. Check the status of your account: go to worldline.ca/myaccount to log in to the customer portal. Check that your contact information and billing is up to date. If necessary, edit your contact information or make any bill payments directly within the customer portal.
  3. Confirm the authenticity of the email with one of our agents. Chat with us through the web chat, or contact us by phone (1-855-299-0025) or email (support@worldline.ca)
  4. Mark the email as junk or spam.
